Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Lily a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and yoga teacher. I’ve been in the wellness space since I was 16, and I’ve always believed that true wellness is holistic – not just how you look, but how you feel, think, and connect. I created the Women’s Wellness Club because I craved deeper, more meaningful connection in my own life. I wanted a space where women could slow down, feel supported, and genuinely belong. This is the space I always wished existed, a place to come home to yourself and to each other.
